<center><b>RMA Extension Manual</b></center>

<p>This extension adds Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) feature to AbanteCart.</p>
<p>Main features:</p>
<p>1. Logged in customer can submit RMA from Dashboard.</p>
<p>2. Email is sent to customer with RMA number once RMA is approved.</p>
<p>3. Received RMA will show up in Administrator dashboard.</p>
<p>4. Administrator can update the status of the RMA once submitted.</p>
<p>5. Administrator has an option to setup the automatic RMA number or manual call in RMA number.</p>

Steps to set up extension:

1. Set Order statuses that allows RMA-request. This is reflected when customer can request return of the product
<br>
2. Set Return number of days that will be set to allow for customers to request refund. This period starts from the date the order has been palced.
<br>
3. Add Email for notification if RMA request is created. 
<br>

Usage:
<br><br>
Once RMA request is created by user, administrator will get message to the email address configured and in the message stack in Admin 
<br><br>
RMA Log can be viewed in the order details page or in <a href="#admin#rt=returns_management/returns_management/listing">Sales->Returns Management Administration</a>
<br><br>
New RMA Request can be Approved or Declined. If request is approved Return Code can be issued and sent to customer to return package. 
If return of merchandize is not required, you can issue refund at this stage.

Once merchandise is returned or after refund RMA can be completed. At this step, you can return inventory back to stock and apply refund amount to customer's balance.
<br><br>
NOTE: After RMA request is completed, it can not longer be changed. 
Do not forget to update order status
